I’m going to say this carefully (because I’m a mom, too) but sometimes moms can be…..challenging on wedding days. They want everything to be so perfect for their children that they feel like they have to be involved in every piece. While this can sometimes be endearing and helpful, it also prevents them from having the best day with their kid instead of for them. Their hearts are in the right place, but everyone- moms, brides, grooms, and vendors- would have a better time if the moms could enjoy the day with their family. All this is to say that Kelly’s mom was 100% there with Kelly all day! She had the best time being with Kelly (and Eric) and I think that’s exactly how they wanted it! Now, moms aside, their day was gorgeous. Not only did the couple look incredible (the dress was so gorgeous) but the weather, decorations, and venue were all perfect for these two.
