Major Milestones & Celebrations
Birthdays, Anniversaries, Graduations, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Quinceñeras, Showers, and More!
What you can expect:
- Two meetings within the month prior to your event, including the final venue walk through (if applicable)
- Unlimited email correspondence
- Assistance with event design including themes, decorations, table settings, invitations, and venue layout
- 4 hours of event coordination on your party day
- Vendor and venue coordination (if applicable) for the month prior to your party
- Decoration set up at venue
- Event coordination on event day to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Decoration creation and party favors if requested
- Additional staff, if required (may incur additional fees)

Business Events & Fundraisers
Golf Outings, Holiday Parties, Launch Meetings, Investor Dinners, and More!
What you can expect:
- Unlimited email correspondence
- Meetings leading up to your event (number of meetings varies based on event needs)
- Final venue walkthrough (if applicable)
- Assistance with event design including themes, decorations, table settings, invitations, and venue layout
- 4 hours of event coordination on your event day to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Vendor and venue coordination (if applicable) for the month prior to your event
- Decoration or meeting set up at venue
- Decoration creation and company gift or swag selection and ordering (if requested)
- Additional staff, if required (may incur additional fees)

Additional Services
Tear Down Service
Walk out at the end of the night with no worries. We’ll take care of the cleanup and package up all your decorations for pick up at the venue the next day (or delivery if available). Available for clients who have already contracted us for a planning/coordination package. – Starting at $450
The “Make It Pretty Package”
If you just need someone to set up some decorations for you, we can help. We’ll attend your final walk-through and set up on event day. – Starting at $550
Extra Hours on Event Day
Need a little more time? We gotchu. We’ll start earlier or stick around later if it will give you peace of mind. We want your day to be stress-free! Available for clients who have already contracted us for a planning/coordination package. – $100 per hour
Travel
Yup, we do that. Prices vary based on location. (No travel fees in Dane County)
Small Group Meetings & Dinners
You don’t have to throw a massive party to work with a professional. Let us help you with the details so you can focus on what you’re good at. Includes meeting and/or dinner coordination, venue booking and coordination, audiovisual and/or catering booking, and agenda and/or menu templates. – Starting at $250
Bartenders
Some venues ask that you supply your own bartending staff. We can do that! We provide licensed bartenders with great experience and drink recommendations or custom cocktail creations to make your event worth shouting a loud “TARARREL!” – For more information and pricing, click here.
