Bar Service Base Package

ZBT Events is happy to provide bar supplies, bartending staff and non-alcoholic beverages for your event.  We are also delighted to serve alcoholic beverages responsibly.   Please note that due to Wisconsin liquor licensing laws, the client is responsible for purchasing and transporting any alcoholic beverages.  ZBT Events is happy to help facilitate and advise as needed. 

What you can expect:

  • Bar set up 1.5 hours prior to event start.
  • A licensed operator who will be on site at all times liquor is being served.
  • Professional and courteous service.
  • Creative cocktails and mocktails upon request.
  • A custom printed bar menu, created to fit the theme of your event.
  • Bar teardown and cleanup.

  • Rolling 125-quart cooler

  • Black linen for 6-8ft table
  • 2x 6ft or 8ft folding tables or other agreed-upon bar set up
  • 2x floor length linens (if other than black is desired)
  • 10ft x 10ft space
  • Overhead covering if hosting outdoors
  • 2x 13-gallon trash cans or equivalent
  • Any alcoholic beverages

ZBT Events is happy to provide any or all of the following non-alcoholic beverages and garnishes for your event.  Prices vary.

  • Fruit Juices: Orange, Cranberry, Lemonade
  • Bottled Water
  • Lemon Juice
  • Lime Juice
  • Bitters
  • Grenadine
  • Garnishes: Cherries, Oranges, Limes, Lemons, Olives, Mint

ZBT Events is happy to provide the following disposable barware for your party at a rate of $5 per planned guest.  You are also welcome to provide your own if you prefer.

  • 16oz Clear Plastic Pints
  • 12oz Clear Plastic Wine Cups
  • 12oz Clear Plastic Cocktail Cups
  • Regular Straws
  • Black Cocktail Straws
  • Bamboo Knot Cocktail Picks
  • Black Cocktail Napkins
  • One bartender for every 30-50 guests depending on menu selections

ZBT Events will provide the client with a custom contract with up to one amendment.

Client will keep any unused product.

ZBT Events will do our best to stock enough cocktail mixers based on estimates for the number of guests, hours served, and past experience. As some selections may be more in demand than others, it is possible specific items may run out during the course of the event. In this case, we will not make a store run for extra materials but would let you know in case you or your hosts choose to obtain additional supplies. 

ZBT Events will not sell any alcohol to guests.  We provide service for open bar events only.

ZBT Events will provide a licensed operator who will be on site at all times liquor is being served.

ZBT Events also provides liquor liability and general liability insurance.

Bartenders are contracted workers and are not direct employees of ZBT Events.

All liquor is ordered through Steve’s Beer, Wine and Spirits on University Avenue. ZBT Events requires client to provide payment information, either to ZBT Events representative or to Steve’s Beer, Wine and Spirits directly, whatever client is most comfortable with.

Discounts may be available if client picks up liquor order at Steve’s Beer, Wine and Spirits and has it available at venue on day of event.
