HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1- INQUIRE

Fill out our inquiry form here.

STEP 2- WE’LL GET IN TOUCH

Wait for a reply to schedule a consultation call.  We typically get back to clients within 48 hours!

STEP 3- CONSULT CALL

Schedule a 15-20 minute consultation call to discuss what you already have booked and what you’re still looking for assistance with.

STEP 4- PROPOSAL

We’ll send you a customized proposal for you to review.  Ask questions, make changes, and let us know how we can help!

STEP 5- BOOK IT!

If everything looks good, you can sign our contract electronically and there’s a 50% deposit, payable via check, bank transfer or credit card. 

STEP 6- LET’S PLAN!

Once the contract and deposit are completed, we’ll send over some additional planning resources and be in touch with next steps!

How far out are you booking?

We book up to two years in advance, but often have availability 6 months out and beyond.  Please don’t hesitate to reach out at any time during your event planning process!

I see your pricing listed, what can we expect to pay?

The pricing listed on our services page is a starting price.  Prices vary based on the specific needs of each event, including staffing, event size, venue requirements, etc.  Please inquire and set up a consult to get your customized proposal!

Do you create custom packages that combine some of the services from different preset packages?

Of course!  We’re happy to work with you to create a plan that fits your needs. We also offer a variety of a la carte options, so we can certainly put something together that suits you!

Is there anything you don’t do?

Our number one priority is making sure you have a fantastic and memorable event.  We are part of a team of vendors and we will work together to make sure your day is perfect.  With proper planning, we will make sure that all aspects of your event are covered and accounted for, including food service needs, rental coordination, and decor assembly.  We typically ask that your caterer manage any food service needs, including desserts, and we ask that any large items like backdrops or arches are assembled and ready for decor upon our staff’s arrival.
